Dr. Goraya lives with his family in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and travels to Selinsgrove to personally provide care to patients in the community. He recognized a strong need for additional dental services in the area and made the decision to invest in the community by establishing Advanced Dentistry Implants Dentures.
As both the owner and a treating dentist, Dr. Goraya is personally invested in the quality of care patients receive. His vision is to create a dental practice where patients can receive comprehensive treatment close to home — including services that might otherwise require traveling to a larger metropolitan area.

With more than 12 years of experience, Dr. Goraya has treated patients with a wide variety of dental needs — including comprehensive general dentistry, restorative dentistry, dentures, extractions, dental implants, and complex treatment planning designed to restore both function and confidence.
Dr. Goraya also serves as part-time faculty at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in the Department of Prosthodontics — contributing to the education and training of the next generation of dental professionals.
A particular focus of the practice is helping patients who are struggling with missing, damaged, or failing teeth. Through restorative dentistry, dentures, dental implants, and comprehensive treatment planning, Dr. Goraya works to help patients restore their ability to eat comfortably, smile confidently, and improve their overall quality of life.

Dr. Goraya has earned two prestigious fellowship designations that reflect his commitment to advanced, ongoing education in dentistry.
As a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), Dr. Goraya has completed hundreds of hours of continuing dental education and passed a comprehensive examination — a distinction held by fewer than 7% of general dentists in the United States and Canada. The FAGD credential demonstrates a sustained dedication to staying current with the latest advances across all areas of general dentistry.
Dr. Goraya is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI), one of the most respected fellowship designations in the field of dental implantology. This recognition reflects advanced clinical training and demonstrated expertise in the placement and restoration of dental implants — ensuring patients at Advanced Dentistry receive implant care that meets the highest professional standards.
Dr. Goraya is currently working toward his Diplomate status with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (DICOI) — the highest credential awarded by the ICOI. The Diplomate designation requires demonstrated mastery of implant surgery and restoration through rigorous examination and case documentation. It is a distinction held by a small number of implant dentists worldwide, and its pursuit reflects Dr. Goraya's ongoing commitment to delivering the most advanced level of implant care to his patients.
Family & Life Outside the Office
At home, Dr. Goraya is a devoted husband and father. He and his wife are raising two children — a 13-year-old and a 7-year-old — and family time is at the center of his life outside the office. He loves to travel and makes it a priority to explore new places with his kids whenever he can. Whether it's a weekend trip or a longer adventure, those moments with his family are what he values most.
